2. Account Registration

Google OAuth:Account creation requires Google authentication and providing accurate profile information.
API Security:Maintain confidentiality of API keys, authentication tokens, and account credentials.
Age Requirement:You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Account Responsibility:You are responsible for all activities under your account and maintaining account security.

3. API Usage & Service Access

Comply with rate limits and usage quotas for your subscription tier

4. Payment Terms & Billing

Payment Processing:Payments processed through Razorpay (India) and PayPal (International) with secure encryption.
Subscription Billing:Monthly or annual billing cycles with automatic renewal unless cancelled.
Usage Overages:Additional charges apply for usage exceeding plan limits with prior notification.
Refund Policy:Pro-rated refunds available for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days.

9. Termination & Account Closure

User Termination:Cancel subscription anytime through account dashboard with immediate effect.
Service Termination:We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations with notice.
Data Retention:Account data retained for 30 days after termination for recovery purposes.
